
Bicycle Sundays on the Bronx River Parkway, one of Westchester’s longest-running and most popular recreational programs, has begun. The program is held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. (weather permitting).
The series runs May 1, 8, 15, 22; June 5, 12, 19, 26; September 11, 18, 25; and Oct 2
Bicycle Sundays, a Westchester County Parks program, is sponsored by Con Edison, New York Presbyterian Hospital, the Westchester Parks Foundation and Danny’s Cycles.
During Bicycle Sundays, a portion of the Bronx River Parkway is closed to cars for the exclusive use of bicyclists, joggers, walkers, scooters and strollers. Admission is free.
