Julie: I am from upstate NY and I have lived in Rye for 10 years now. I have 2 children- Luke who is 8 and Callie who is 7.
One thing people would be surprised to know about you…I worked in the Investment Banking area of 2 large companies for 15 years prior to starting my Party Planning business. I held several roles including project management and client service which have helped me in my work today.

I started My Classic Party in 2013. It is a boutique Event Planning and Styling company. We help with the design, planning and set up of social events. We work with a great list of vendors, handle custom printables (tags, signs – the things that make the party unique…), venue and menu selection, and full decor planning to ensure it is a cohesive event.
How has this community been instrumental in getting you to where you are now?
My first client was a Greenwich mom. She was happy with the planning of the party and has recommended me to several other Greenwich moms, so the network keeps expanding. At this point all of my business comes from word of mouth, so I really appreciate the referrals!
