Where are you from originally and how long have you lived in town?
I grew up in Suffern in Rockland County and I now live in Warwick in Orange County. Our family just opened a second Noble Pies shop in Rye.

One thing people would be surprised to know about you…
I live on a farm with horses and chickens where I grow mushrooms and do organic gardening.
Anyone special you’d like to thank for helping you through parenthood?
My mom and dad. They showed me how to stay calm and relaxed. I loved every minute and still do!
Favorite things to do with your kids?
We are all nature lovers. We love hiiking, gardening and taking care of our animals.

I own Noble Pies. It is a family business. We make sweet and savory pies, scones, cookies, sweet breads, sweet buns and seasonal inspired soups. We started 13 years ago out of our home kitchen, selling pies at a picnic table on the side of the road! Our bakery and first retail shop are in Warwick, NY. In November 2021, we opened our second shop in Rye. We are at 22 Purdy Ave in the beautiful space that was the tailor shop. The store is appointed with beautiful antique pieces and filled with plants. Our pies and other baked goods fill the cases and are available to go or to eat in. The back sitting area is a sunny, warm and cozy spot. We have superb coffee from our favorite coffee roaster and a variety of loose teas to choose from.
How has this community been instrumental in getting you to where you are now?
The out pouring of community support has been incredible! From Rye & Rye Brook Moms, the Rye Chamber, Westchester Magazine, Lohud and the hundreds of people who have poured into our shop, we are couldn’t be more grateful. People have been so nice and friendly. We feel so welcome here.
