Check out The Maritime Aquarium for FREE! | Rye & Rye Brook Moms

With camps winding down and school starting soon, are you looking for something fun to do with your kids? Or maybe Grandma and Grandpa are watching the kids while you’re at work?

Your summer of wonders awaits with FREE admission to The Maritime Aquarium at Norwalk now through Labor Day!

The Maritime Aquarium is participating in the state’s “CT Summer at the Museum” program, which offers free admission for all Connecticut residents 18 and under, along with one accompanying resident adult in each group, running through Sept. 5 (Labor Day). Kids can get up close and personal with nearly 10,000 animals and over 300 species! Enjoy encounters with seals, sharks, sea turtles and – for a limited time – beautiful tropical butterflies! Their new limited time only exhibit, “Flutter Zone,” features dozens of varieties of vibrant butterflies from Central and South America. Some of the butterflies may even land on you! If you are a CT resident and plan to take advantage of the offer, you are encouraged to make your reservations HERE advance online using the promo code CTFREE.

Proof of residency is required upon entry.

We recently took advantage of this deal and how fun! We did pay extra for the 4D movie but it was worth it and so interactive and cute! Enjoy lunch in the area and parking is easy across the street in the garage!
