The 2nd Annual Holi Festival will be back this year at Crawford Park! Last year over 250 guests from Rye Brook and neighboring towns came to celebrate Holi and raise funds for research into early detection of pancreatic cancer. Holi has been celebrated in India for hundreds of years to welcome spring and as a victory of good over evil. It is a fun filled outdoor event where colored powder is playfully sprinkled on family and friends. Enjoy Dhol Beats (traditional India Drum), dance with DJ Bobby, and pick up some Bollywood dance moves with Toni and Jayshree’s crowd dance. Tickets are $15 for adults and tickets for children who are 3+ years are $10. This community event will take place on Saturday, May 4th from 12pm – 4pm. (Rain Date will be Sunday, May 5th.)
