So does it work??? Cryoskin 2.0 at Remedy Bodyworks! | Rye & Rye Brook Moms

So what is Cryoskin 2.0 and does it work? I was skeptical, of course, but intrigued! I heard about Remedy Bodyworks in Stamford through the grapevine and thought I would give it a try. Essentially, they take a localized cryo-therapy machine and apply the same science. They gave me a few simple rules to abide by before the treatment: No Sugar or Carbs and to also try and save working out till after the appointment (mostly because working out will help with drainage).
When I got to the appointment they took a measurement of my stomach and then again after the treatment. I actually lost close to an inch (and 10 days later it’s still that way!). I will go back for my other appointments as they reccomend doing a series.
For in between appointments they say to do anything that helps aid lymphatic, this can be from drinking lots of fluid, lymphatic massage, vibration therapy, regular workouts, and sticking to a healthy diet.  This is an investment – we should not waste!
After the final treatment: One should remember that they need to make a lifestyle commitment to being active and healthy in order for this to stick.  The results are permanent if you don’t put additional weight on.
