Polishing the Heart: A Yin Yoga Practice for Self-Love

Bathe yourself with love in this dreamy 3 hour Yin Yoga practice. Our postures we’ll be focused on creating more freedom in the chest, upper back and shoulders along with some gentle Qi Gong movements to get the joyful energy of the heart circulating throughout our whole body. We’ll also bring meditative awareness to the language of our hearts as we observe the flow of our emotions. This pre-Valentine’s Day practice is meant to be a loving offering to yourself and will leave you feeling grounded, centered and open.
