Beth Gallos and Ann Magalhaes will provide parents with best practices for engaging, educating, and parenting boys of all ages. Each workshop includes effective parenting and engagement strategies combined with facilitated discussion. All are welcome. Suggested Donation $10.
Creativity and Mindfulness for Writing with Michelle Levy
5-Week Course

This is a workshop for writers and non-writers alike! Each session of this 5-week series introduces new mindfulness techniques around a theme. Drawing from yoga, meditation, reiki, method acting, and sacred geometry, we design a weekly, multi-sensory experience to open blockages and fuel creativity.
Enjoy guided writing exercises, and be given prompts for further inspiration and enrichment at home. This class is perfect for busy adults seeking to nurture their inner creative spark. When career and family have eclipsed creative pursuits, it’s important to make time to stoke the fires of the imagination, for one’s overall wellbeing.
