MacInspires Makerspaces have refined our best STEAM offerings for 2019 to feature discovery and solutions for environmental and societal challenges! For ages 5 to 14, with over a dozen themes, we have something for everyone!
Tennis programs at The New Rochelle Racquet Club provide kids with a fun and engaging environment where they can excel at the sport of tennis, whether they have been playing for many years or are new to the game. We offer various programs for ages 4 & up: Red Ball, Junior Development/ Tournament Training Program, and our new High Performance Program geared towards the advanced tournament player. Our personable instructors share their passion and love of the game in a supportive and caring environment.
At The Rock Club, we believe every climber can succeed, no matter what their skill level or experience. Our junior programs are designed to get kids started and take them as far as they want to go – from casual climbing with friends, to competitions, to even our competitive climbing team, Team Rock. Our programs focus on team building and offer activities that promote self-esteem through real accomplishment, focus, and general fitness. Our PERFORMANCE-BASED curriculum includes both individual lessons and group rehearsals, all with the goal of getting our students to BUILD CONFIDENCE and SKILL as a performer and together as musicians on stage at a real rock venue. Performances will be at the Music Tower Stage at Playland Park in Rye on Sunday June 16, 2019. For Beginners, we offer Rock 101 Classes on Mondays 3:30-5pm, Wednesdays 4-5:30pm, Thursdays 3:30-5pm and Fridays 4-5:30pm.
