I work with parents and their children (birth to age 5) either in person or remotely on a range of sleep challenges such as multiple night awakenings, cat naps, bedtime battles, schedule changes, transition from crib to bed or poor sleep associations. I focus on taking the time to really get to know the parents and children I work with, then customize a sleep plan of action that is aligned with the family’s philosophies. Once a sleep plan is mutually agreed upon by the family, I coach them through the plan until they reach their desired sleep goals.

My name is Frannie Rochat, I am a yoga instructor and mom to 4 great kids! I am originally from Bronxville, NY.  My husband, Andrew, our four children, and chocolate lab have lived in Rye for almost eighteen years. I opened a Hot Yoga studio: Bikram Yoga Rye Brook, located in the Rye Ridge shopping center.

I’m Lara Feinsod, an interior designer and mom of two great boys. I grew up in Great Neck, on Long Island.  My husband & I lived in the city for 15 years where we got married and had both our sons.  We moved to Rye Brook in 2001 when our kids were almost 4 & 2 years old.
